We offer in-person collective yoga sessions in which registered participants practise in a group. They are usually all level friendly and build community and support. Working in a group even for the most timid people increases the overall energy of the environment, increases confidence, motivation and learning from another. It also helps to build a consistent practice on an individual level and meet like-minded people.
The styles of yoga done in the collective sessions we offer are Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga.
