Sound meditation is the use of sound as a tool to support deep relaxation. The purpose is to create a gentle experience that heals the body, clears the mind and keeps one in the present moment.

Our sound meditation sessions are scheduled once or twice a month with 5-10 participants per session.

Guidelines for a sound meditation session are:

  1. Be hydrated, drink some water 1 hour to the time of session so you aren’t thirsty, it might make you restless.
  2.  Have a light snack an hour before the session.
  3. Wear comfortable, loose clothing or athletic attire.
  4. You might want to get pillows, blankets to promote comfort.
  5. Have a mat.
