Currently, you can join our 3-Month Flexibility Yoga Plan, kicking off in October and wrapping up in December. This program is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and improve your range of motion, all while having fun!

Here’s what you’ll be having;

• In-Person Sessions: Once a week, you’ll practice with our expert instructor to safely guide your flexibility journey.
• At-Home Fun: Enjoy weekly 5-minute exercises to replicate at home, ensuring you stay on track and see real results.

You can also enhance your practice by booking a private class at the MeWell Center in Bastos, or add a touch of elegance to your events, anniversaries, and retreats by including yoga as an activity to captivate your guests.
